Okay, this is it
The December campagin is a Gestalt based Quicksilver campagin.
Normal magic classes, Sorceror, Wizard, Cleric, Druid, Paladin, Bard and any class that uses magic is Restricted. Magic does nto work properly in the Mournlands. No one is sure why(PLOT HOOK) So the Use of Incarnum and Runic magic has been adopted. These two forms of magic are ccalled the "Art of the Mind"
Melee and Creation is prevalent among the warforged, Artificers , though small in number do show up among the LoB's forces. Artificers Infusions still work, but no one is sure why(PLOT HOOK)
the Runic and Incarnum rules will require an extra element of Teaching, so please tell me , either here, or through email

yeah, what exactly is runic magic?
*sigh*
Everyone knwo what a facepalm is? noramlly when something liek that happens, i just fake doing one cause it seems right.
just then, I did it spontaneously. and it was quite appropriate
